Access to your name and email address is strictly limited to our employees who need this information to provide the service and are bound by confidentiality clauses.

The data stored in your pawa.zone instance can be retrieved through the use of APIs or file extraction mechanisms available in your pawa.zone instance. You can retrieve your data at any time if needed.

If you terminate the use of your pawa.zone instance, your data will be retained on our servers for 60 days and then permanently deleted. You are responsible for extracting your data, if necessary, using the available mechanisms before the end of your service use.

Private information

When creating your Pawa account, you must provide your name and email address. You must also choose a unique username and password, which will be used solely for logging into your account. Your name and email address may be used to inform you about new services, new releases, and upcoming events.

Dev-ID will have access to third-party personal information that you provide in the course of using Pawa Services, such as contacts from your Pawa messaging account. This information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses of third parties, which will be used to provide a service that meets the Pawa user's request and solely in the context of your use of Pawa Services. We do not share any third-party personal information with anyone, neither for promotional purposes nor for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the user.

Detailed information on account usage

We save detailed information regarding your use of your Pawa account, such as the time, frequency, duration, and mode of connection, the use of features, or the storage space used, to enhance our expertise in our hosted solutions and assist you by providing the best possible service. Account content

We store and maintain the data you have transmitted to us through our services, including files, documents, task lists, emails, and any other information recorded in your Pawa account, on our infrastructures, which are always located in Canada.

To prevent data loss due to system failures, we also keep a backup of your data, including the entire content of your Pawa account. Consequently, your data or files may remain stored on our servers even after your Pawa account is deleted. We assure you that your Pawa account content will not be shared with anyone and will not be accessible to Dev-ID employees, except in the circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy. We will not use your account content for targeted advertising purposes.

Connection information

We use connection-related information stored in log files, such as originating IP address, web browser type, browser language, referral URLs, accessed files, generated errors, time zone, operating system, or any other parameters to analyze trends, administer websites, track visitor movements, and improve our services. We automatically link this collected data to other information about you that we collect.

Using this website does not require the collection of any personal information about you. However, the following situations require your consent to collect and use your personal information:

• When you use our products/services;
• When you subscribe to our newsletter mailing list;
